Aurichalcum Publishing is an indie business created as a vehicle for a small group of aspiring authors who want to add more positive stories into the world. The word ‘aurichalcum’ was chosen as a representation of an alloy which has reached a mythical status; a blend of elements which can create something great.
Our values include making our works a safe place for readers, and writing stories which refuse the trends of grimdark and tragedy which currently seem so common in life and in literature.
This isn’t to say our works are fairy-tales where nothing goes wrong; we simply strive to pair betrayal with forgiveness, conflict with reconciliation, and despair with hope.
